Corruption, bribery, kickbacks and white-collar crimes are so insidious in how they seep into an organization and the harm they cause is immeasurable.  At Anderson Brown, we are not only experts at educating and preventing such occurrences through our advisory service, but we are also experts at defending senior management and enterprises should such accusations be levied against our clients.  It is never a pleasant situation to be accused of by the Department of Justice or the District Attorney, but it is also not the end of the world.  Careful and meticulous investigation and marshaling of arguments will enhance the likelihood of success, regardless if the accused is a member of the senior management or the enterprise itself.  Defending and preventing corruption, along with investigation and resolution is our forte.  We only represent senior management and/or the corporate enterprise.  Outcome of our intervention has been almost universally better than expected and fines and penalties lowered and no senior management has been detained or incarcerated.  We like our record and like to keep it as such.  We are selective in our representation.
