Howie Li

Howie Li is an Associate at Anderson Brown PLLC. He is a graduate of East China Univeristy of Political Science and Law with an LLB degree and holds an LLM degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in Illinois. He is admitted to the New York Bar. Howie focuses his practice on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Compliance, Commercial Contracts and general litigation and dispute resolution. As Howie is also qualified to practice law in China, Howie’s specialty is cross border transactions involving corporate and commercial matters between US and China. He spends time between the US and China, and travels to service the Firm’s clients worldwide. He is proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese and a member of several local bar associations.
